Practical Hypnobirthing Prep - The info

Join me for this two hour in person workshop at Hey Baby 4D Scanning clinic in Enfield where I will be giving you tips and techniques to help you feel more in control, stay calm and feel more relaxed during your pregnancy. Pregnancy brings excitement, it brings joy but sometimes this is accompanied with feelings of anxiety and concern over ourselves, our baby and the act of birth itself. Hypnobirthing will help you to understand the process, begin to quieten your mind and learn how you can both work together as a dream team to practice calm and connection.

I have pulled from all my resources and years of experience to create this workshop offering you essential knowlegde of hypnobirthing preparation. my aim is to give you both an excellent understanding as to how it all works and how we actually use hypnobirthing in the birth room!
