Hi, I’m Claire
I founded Tutum Birthing following the birth of our two children Flora (11) and Rosie (8) We also have a family dog called Bertie and we love a good dog walk, move nights and fun with our friends and family. Thank you for visitng my website and below you will find alot more information!
I have guided and supported expectant parents for over eight years now so you feel more confident, calmer and ready for what birth brings. It felt like a calling away from my job in central London and i havent looked back! I continue to train in various complementary services to enable the best service for you.
As your dedicated hypnobirthing teacher or doula i will personally tailor your package based on your personal needs and your vision for birth.

Proud Mother of Two Girls
We now have a daughter who is in secondary school! Life is fun with two girls, we love to spend time at sports clubs, immersed in our local community and with our dog.
-
Educator and Supporter
I would love every parent to be educated and have access to the support I offer. Having the ability to emotionally and physically support parents pre and postnatally is just the best!
-
Practical and Accessible
I build strong lasting relationships with the parents I work with as i am there to offer sn going support, not just during the courses. I will always help where i can to bring more calm.
Tutum was born after reflecting on our personal birth experiences with our two girls. I was lucky to enjoy both pregnancies, birth and breastfeeding. I share through many experiences being a birth doula and give you practical tips to make you feel more confident and ready for birth and early parenting.
I Enjoy
-
Being with my family
We love to go for long dog walks at the weekends, eat nice food and play games. We all love music and watching films together.
-
Improving my wellbeing
I understand to be the best version of myself, I need to work on my own wellbeing. I go to local exercise classes, sing once a week and regularly meet with family, friends and colleagues.
-
Empowering others
I want you to feel relaxed and excited around your birth experience. You are the strongest birth team, the two of you, right there. Why should you feel anything other than empowered!
