Nestled in the tranquil village of Docking, Staneve is just five miles from the stunning sandy beach at Brancaster and a similar distance from the renowned RSPB reserves such a Holkham Beaches, ideal for nature lovers and beachgoers alike. Burnham Market is also a short drive away.

Dining Room: Gather around the large country-style dining table, with ample space or enjoy a cup of coffee in the courtyard garden.
Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals in the newly refurbished fully equipped kitchen, complete with a grill/oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso machine, toaster, kettle… it kinda goes on….
Upstairs
Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms — a king size and a twin—each designed for your rest and relaxation. The spacious landing also features a delightful reading area.
Bathroom: Refresh in a well-equiped spacious bathroom featuring a corner bath with an electric shower overhead.
Convenience
Parking is available right outside the cottage for ease of access.
Enjoy the lovely courtyard garden, perfect for leisurely morning cuppas in the sun.
Coastal Walks & Adventures
Just a short drive away, Holkham Bay invites you to take long, hand-in-hand strolls along its stunning sand dunes. One of our personal favourite beaches to visit. Pause for a bite at the beach café, or book a table at one of the favourite nearby pubs, The White Horse in Holme-Next-The-Sea is perfect, for a good lunch or romantic meal to celebrate this special time.
Peace of Mind - Local Services
For added reassurance, just incase you needed to see a midwife, Docking is well-positioned near essential services. There is a GP surgery in the village, and King’s Lynn Hospital is a short drive away should you need to see a midwife or get some reassurance during your stay.
